Research associate at the Yokohama City University have successfully created a mouse sperm and use it to produce offspring. This is a development that could one day help infertile men. Sperm outside the body using a tissue with rat sperm stem cells, called spermagonia, had grown from the baby taken from rats. Researchers from Japan and then in sperm with chemicals that the natural environment where they develop to mimic grow.
The liquid mixture of chemicals called knockout serum replacement (KSR). This formula is used to change the stem cells.
